System Architect (Full-time)

IT GRUP SRL was founded in 2000 in Romania and since then was involved in major local and regional projects for Downstream industry. The branch of IT Grup SRL started its operations in Azerbaijan since October 2019.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative System Architect who wants to be part of challenging new and ongoing projects using the latest technologies

Professional Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Architect or a relevant position in IT
• Participating in big software projects is a plus

Job Responsibilities

• Develop system architecture by taking into account the functional and non-functional requirements
• Prepare and keep updated System Architecture and other required documentation
• Communicate the proposed architecture to the management, client and team members
• Work in close collaboration with team members to ensure the proposed architecture implemented as planned and make necessary changes
• Define specifications, standards, and processes for the whole Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Constantly research, test and apply new trends, tools, and best practices
• Periodically review developed software packages and documentation for compliance with defined architecture
• Timely report on work progress and issues to the direct Manager and Project Manager

Qualifications

• Software architecture and design principles
• API design standards and principles
• UML
• Design patterns
• Database design principles and best practices
• Strong writing/documenting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communications skills
• Strong team player and open to collaborations
• Familiarity with some programming languages, databases and frameworks, preferably C#, Javascript, React, SQL Server etc

Languages

• Azerbaijani – advanced
• English – upper-intermediate
• Russian – nice to have
