Intern (Accounting and Tax)

Main Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Perform daily activity analysis utilizing Internal Accounting System (such 1C, SAP, or any other required system)
• Assist with Accounts Payable operations and reconcile the data on regular basis
• Assist with reconciliation of Account Receivables and reconciling results to the Bank reconciliation process and other sources
• Assist with month-end cost analysis
• Communicate with supplies as required
• Assist with Month-end Close process including preparation of supporting documents and required Excel sheet
• Input accounting entries to accounting software
• Assist with financial and statutory reporting
• Performing other daily accounting tasks as per the requirement

Candidate Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting and/or other related business disciplines
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office Programs-Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian is an advantage
• Strong motivation for growth and professional development
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines
