Sales and Marketing Specialist

DEFSCOPE is looking for a Sales and Markting Specialist who is open to progress his/her skills using the opportunities provided by us to live our values and hit the main targets.

DEFSCOPE is an Azerbaijani company which has been conducting cyber security activities overseas since 2018. We are providing Information Security Services, Consulting and Trainings to our customers mainly in Canada, Europe, America, and Azerbaijan with our up-to date products and services. Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Development of the Company’s Sales and Marketing Strategy and ensure the planning and implementation of necessary measures are taken.
  • Develop and implement effective programs for enhancing sales and marketing performance.
  • Contact customers via emails and phone calls to offer them products and services.
  • Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will meet the requirements of a customer.
  • Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence purchase.
  • Building and maintaining the customer base and expanding it by upselling and cross-selling
  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
  • Administer the company marketing and sales function to identify and develop new opportunities within existing and new customers for products and services.
  • Monitors evaluate and report competitive market conditions. Provide insight for openings to market and sell our products and services.
  • Generate new clients to increase revenue through lead development and elite sales tactics.
  • Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, networking reports, and other documentation.
  • Drive the lead generation campaigns for all the product portfolio, from planning the campaigns down to tracking qualified leads to the sales based on global guidance.
  • Continually optimize digital campaigns to grow the marketing database and generate qualified leads, track, measure, and analyze progress and ROI
  • Use existing reporting tools to analyze and report on campaign performance and marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies and to make recommendations for further improvement of the existing campaign.
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Help develop, execute, and monitor marketing programs across a variety of channels.
  • Providing advice how to best reach the target market.

Qualifications:

  • BSc/BBA degree in marketing or business-related field (MBA degree is preferred)
  •  2+ years’ proven experience in a Marketing and/or B2B Sales/Marketing
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills in English (Russian is also desired), complemented with creative thinking.
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail.
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to travel if necessary.
  • The individual can convince people to consider options beyond that of which they have already considered or discovered themselves.
  • Well organized with effective time management skills and can manage multiple tasks.
  • Goal-oriented, hitting monthly and quarterly goals with the energy and stamina to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
