Job title : Stock controller

Blue Planet Distribution LLC is looking for prospective candidates for a position of Stock Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates stock take planning and preparation
• Supervises the stock count and follow up of stock variances
• Prepares corrective action plans with management team for stock and cash loss and submits to Manager
• Acts as GOLD system expert supporting and coaching DC team to improve system knowledge
• Review goods transformation activities to ensure proper controls are in place
• Researches, analyzes and prepares various reports, analysis and studies as directed by Manager
• Process all the stock movements’ functions in system for all brands
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system in all company’s units
• Control and managment of all internal product transfers (saleable and non saleble).
• Coordinate regular inventory audits
• Control of product movement
• Full control of Central warehouse and partially control of store stock
• Manage and control new delivery, damage, transfers, write-off
• Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions)
• Reconcile revision and inventory results
• Post revision and inventory results for stock adjustment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3 years of professional experience in Stock Management
• Loss Prevention experience
• Product knowledge of fashion industry
• Good numeracy and Advanced Excel skills preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills;
• Good knowledge of English and Azerbaijani languages;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
