Title: SAP HCM Consultant
Location: Azerbaijan
We are currently seeking the potential candidates in a HR consulting role in an SAP environment with following skills:
Key responsibilities include:
- Support of existing and implementation of SAP HR & SuccessFactors solutions
- Communication with clients in order to determine their needs in detail
- Analysis of business processes
- A dynamic problem solver with a track record for building innovative solutions
- Creating the necessary documents to support the lifecycle of the implementation
- Provide SAP HR training services for clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in computer sciences
- Understanding HR function & processes
- Understanding Payroll function & processes
- Intermediate IT knowledge (Programming, Database, Server and etc.)
- Knowledge about ERP system
- Knowledge about Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project and etc.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analyzing skills
- Strong technical skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong risk management skills
- Ability to work with the team
- Available to work under pressure
- Enthusiastic to work on self
Preferred:
- Knowledge on SAP HR modules (Organizational Management, Personal Administration, Time Management, Performance management, Talent management, Learning solution, Personal cost planning, Payroll and etc.)
- Knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee central, Learning, Performance and goals, Succession and development and etc.)
- Experience with SAP HR components
- Understanding ASAP methodology
- Any Certification of SAP HCM or SuccessFactors module
Language skills:
- English: Fluent
- Russian: Fluent
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 8:00 to 17:00
