We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Specialist to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
- Searching for new customers
- Explaining the benefits of services, they sell to new customers in order to promote and build loyalty to their brand- Achieving weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual sales targets
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
- Conduct presentations to demonstrate to potential clients the benefits of our services
- Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services
- Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing a daily work schedule to Reporting Manager
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Proven work experience in Sale
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in Azeri, English and Russian
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
