Azerlotereya Çağrı Mərkəzi Operatoru vəzifəsi üzrə vakansiya elan edir.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to software.
- Respond to queries over the phone.
- Enter the queries coming from clients into related Application, provide solutions on phone or by routing technician via application platform (for dealer issues).
- Follow up the solution that is routed to technicians and close the inquiry after solution is provided.
- Follow up maintenance (corrective and preventive) transactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to related parties.
- Report any unexpected situations to supervisor.
- Problem analysis and identification data of testing process on a new versions of terminal, writing reports about results.
- Prepare and participate in IT related projects.
- Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
- Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Working experience in operations and call center department
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication in Azeri, good English and Russian is preferable
- Knowledge of MS office as a proficient user
