Position: Market Research Manager
Location: Head Office
Department: Project Team
Supervision: Market research staff and mystery shopping process (3rd party)
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and execute assigned research projects.
- Supervise team members on daily basis to complete research projects within deadlines.
- Coordinate with management in determining research priorities and developing research roadmap.
- Track project progress periodically and report the same to management.
- Ensure that research deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Identify areas of improvements and develop new methodologies to meet goals.
- Stay abreast with latest developments in research tools and techniques.
- Present research findings to management in an understandable manner.
- Identify key challenges and develop appropriate solutions.
- Analyze and resolve research issues promptly and accurately.
Required Qualifications:
- BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven Market Research experience.
- Excellent knowledge of search engines, web analytics, and business research tools.
- Knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc).
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task.
- Familiarity with CRM programs.
- Working knowledge of data warehousing, modelling, and mining.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
