Bureau Veritas Azerbaijan is now looking for a Certification specialist.
Main Duties:
- Prepare and manage correspondence , reports and documents
- Perform general clerical duties: photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, trainings
- Arrange and confirm appointments
- Business correspondence , formatting reports and proposals
- Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
- Preparing and correcting of contracts
- Organizing , receiving of Certification questionnaires
- Coordination of Audit Reports
- Receiving Customer Satisfaction Reports
- Comply at all times with all applicable legal reuirements,HSE policies and procedures, Client’s HSE procedures and practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- English Language
- Office Management and secretarial skills
- MSOffice suite knowledge
- 3 years’ experience
