Responsibilities:

• Plan or direct spa services and programs;
• Assess employee performance and suggest ways to improve work;
• Develop staff service or retail goals and guide staff in goal achievement;
• Schedule staff or supervise scheduling;
• To make sure the areas look clean and neat;
• Dealing with guest complaints.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the relevant field;
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
• Knowledge of TNG system;
• Good communication and writing skills;
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
