Role Synopsis:

Collection/Tenant Relation Analyst is responsible for gathering financial and operational data about the organisation and providing assessments and analysis of the data, as well as coordinate and take action to solve potential issues between centre management and tenants.

Key Accountabilities:

• Commercial Analysis of tender submissions
• Analysis of Consultant payments and invoicing
• Benchmarking analysis
• Assisting in preparation of loss and expense submissions.
• Preparation of monthly contract review reports
• Preparation of monthly management accounts information
• Preparation of contractual and commercial input into Project Business Plan
• Identify change and implement change control process and agreement
• Identify and report any issue/risk which has arisen or might arise and which could affect the business/project
• Providing strategic advice to key departments to create sustainable portfolio growth
• Reviewing KPI’s closely to improve performance of projects
• Closely monitoring tenant performances to provide strategic advice to the leasing department to take necessary actions.
• Working with key departments to create partial transformation projects to create value in shopping malls/offices
• Performing asset lifecycle modelling to develop long term capital expenditure forecasts and works plans
• Leading the process of preparing the business plans of shopping malls/offices
• Regularly research market trends and changes that may impact assets
• Preparing business activity reports/forecasts
• Organizing and leading meetings with key department to review assets’ performance regularly

Essential Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields

Essential Criteria:

• 5 plus years of experience in related area
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Power Point, Visio, Excel, Outlook
• Fluent in English and Azerbaijani
• Experience in managing and delivering technical projects involving several stakeholders and complex data in line with strict deadlines
• Strong analytical skills
• Highly skilled in data reporting
