Work Location: Baku

Key accountabilities:

SOCAR-KBR LLC is looking for talented and committed professional for (Senior) HR Specialist position to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions.

• Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation
• Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns
• Monitoring the monthly overtime hours in line with the timesheet
• Managing employee data reconciliation, timely entry and verification
• Preparing all required protocols and orders in accordance with the Azerbaijan Labour Code
• Updating the payroll database with any changes to terms and conditions
• Ensuring vacation and absence database is managed efficiently and within legal requirements
• Processing employment records and related amendments in the E-Government System
• Analysing and preparing necessary data as per request
• Maintaining all HR related systems
• Assisting in training and personal development processes
• Performing other HR related duties as required and assigned.

Required skills & experience:

• University Degree or equivalent in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Public Administration or related field
• Working experience in field of Human Resources for the last 5+ years
• Knowledge of HR related legislation and practices
• Working experience with computer-based HR system – SAP
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word on advanced level)
• Proficiency in English and Azerbaijani
• Solid understanding of Labour legislation and payroll process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Team management skills
• High integrity.
