Job Responsibilities:
- Provide feedback on the implementation of work to ensure the activities of the regional director;
- Participate in the review, study, collection, and analysis of materials on certain issues of the Company, in accordance with the instructions and directions of the Director;
- Require information for the Director from the company’s structural divisions, obtaining from the executives of his orders and instructions, where necessary, to summarize, systematize and analyze this information;
- Execute essential actions regarding requests, interviews and meetings held by the Director (including the collection of necessary materials, preparation of referrals and references, awareness of the participants about the meeting/store visits and the date, location, agenda of the meeting, and providing translations when necessary);
- By the instruction of the Director, attend meetings and consultations of company structural divisions, report to the Director in written or verbal form about the outcomes of meetings and consultations, and assist in translating relevant information from Azerbaijani into English and vice versa
- Control the execution of the decision of the Director;
- Control and follow up vacation schedule for management team and total unused vacation;
- Create agenda and invite other departments on weekly Store Managers’ Area meeting, write minutes and follow up;
- Collect daily bulletin information from stores, translate it from Azerbaijani into English and vice versa, and send it to relevant departments;
- Collect and control all signature on all policy documents from Store management team;
- Daily email management, translating Azerbaijani emails to English and vice versa.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience as a Personal Assistant at retail, sales or marketing areas;
- 1-3 years of translating experience;
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience;
- Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation rules of Azerbaijani and English at an excellent level
- Ability to work with MS Office programs (Word, Outlook, etc.);
- Possess an extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality, with ability to openly communicate and work with all types of individual and personalities.
- Result and Management oriented.
- Being accurate and responsible while executing job duties;
- Maintaining professional appearance and mild behavior
