Job description:
- Providing transactional support to M&A and corporate reorganization projects;
- Directly responsible for the routine corporate tasks, e.g. incorporation and registration of a company, change of address, change of a director, liquidation of a company;
- Conducting corporate due diligence ;
- Advising on Antitrust and Competition laws;
- Preparing contracts and other legal documents;
- Assisting clients in obtaining business licenses and permits;
- Managing performance of the tasks by Junior Associate(s).
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Law from a reputable local university (LL.M. degree received from a western university is an advantage);
- Experience of working for international or local law firms or consulting companies (plus experience in construction or agricultural company as in-house counsel is advantage);
- Fluent in both English and Russian languages (both oral and written);
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and in stressful conditions and without significant supervision;
- Ability to work closely with other team members, displaying trust and loyalty;
- Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner;
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in the law.

Salary and benefits:
- Salary will be determined upon the candidate’s education, experience, and professional qualities.

- Annual paid vacation: at least 30 days
- Schedule: Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
