Reports to: HR Operation Manager

What are expected from the candidate:

• Ensure that all personnel administration related processes (hiring, termination, promotion, position changes, replacement, etc.) are carried out in accordance with Azerbaijan Labor Code;
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations;
• Participate in recruitment process and conduct interviews for specific positions;
• Work closely with Department Heads to plan headcounts according to the approved budget;
• Conduct exit interviews with each leaving employee and send feedback to HR Management and etc.
• Process employment records and related amendments in E-Government System;
• Preparation and submission of a Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports to the state bodies;
• Manage Work/Residence Permit process for Expatriate personnel assigned to Azerbaijan;
• Administer health and compulsory insurance programs;
• Arrange and coordinate pre-employment and post-employment quarterly medical checkup for company personnel;
• Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation;
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

What qualifications the candidate need to possess:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related profession;
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources field;
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office;
• Good knowledge of Labor Code of Azerbaijan;
• Language skills: Azerbaijani is must, English and Russian languages are preferable;
• The ability to focus on details and multitasking;
• Effective teamwork skills;
• Time management skills, the ability to plan the time effectively and adhere to the tight deadlines.
