Responsibilities:
- Contact to universities, authorities and recognition offices on issues related to recognition and foreign education;
- Research and investigate qualifications worldwide, national education systems in other countries and recognition systems;
- Research and learn international experience in the area of recognition (nostrification) and make suggestions on process optimization;
- Build a network of international contacts to help develop specialist knowledge of education systems;
- Developing the strategic plan of activities and ensuring its implementation;
- Adhere to the policies procedures to produce accurate evalution reports;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- University degree in Law
- Two years of general work experience, preferably in a higher education environment;
- Knowledge of international education and/or foreign systems of education desirable;
- Fluency in Azerbaijan, English, Russian languages;
- Ability to develop action plans and systems to facilitate and track implementation of evaluation findings and recommendations;
- Willingness to learn, research and process amounts of applications;
- Having research and strong analytical skills;
- Being engaged and willingness to learn and professional development;
- Open to changes and new ideas;
- Ability to work independently toward established goals and deadlines;
Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00
