Responsibilities as BOS Expert:

• Project management expertise;
• To ensure that all project administration is completed and project files are maintained;
• Provide timely and accurate information whilst ensuring high level of customer satisfaction with services provided to internal and external customers;
• Detect, report and escalate on any billing issue detected;
• Maintaining monthly reports on equipment.

Required knowledge and sills:

• Higher education;
• Leadership, problem solving, Strong communication skills, Good with teamwork, Good time management;
• Have an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward;
• Experience managing and leading a digital team;
• Proven influencing and collaboration skills.
