Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all activities of a call center on a daily basis.
- Ensure customer inquiries are answered promptly.
- Assist and support call center staff in handling customer traffic.
- Mentor, guide and assist call center staff to achieve set goals and objectives.
- Schedule and monitor all call center activities.
- Handle training issues of call center personnel.
- Ensure compliance of established procedures and regulations.
- Manage, upgrade and update customer databases.
- Manage financial activities of a call center within the budget limits.
- Review results with management and identify training needs.
Requirments:
- High education
- 5+ years of work experience in the relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages;
- Be customer-oriented and resolve conflicts;
- Patient and stress resistant;
- Ability to work with organization, planning skills and a large amount of information;
- Responsibility, analytical and systematic thinking;
- Strong leadership and teamwork skill
Working Conditions:
- Adress: Ziya Bunyadov ave. Chinar Park Business center (m. Narimanov)
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 – 17:30; Saturday: 10.00 – 16.00
- Salary varies depending on the skills and knowledge of the candidate
