Key responsibilities:

• Through internal and external communication, manage spare parts inbound, outbound, stocktaking, and supply;
• Manages service quality by tracking and reminding ，support manager to achieve customer support-related indicators;
• Responsible for keeping track of inventory, and ordering and purchasing parts for customers;

Requirements:

• High education;
• Fluency in English and Russian;
• Experience in Telecommunication.
