Key Functions:

• Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
• Managing of daily social media posts.
• Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
• Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
• Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
• Developing monthly social media content plans for the pages of the hotel and its restaurant.
• Creating an engaging monthly content plan for the Stories on Instagram.
• Responding to daily messages and comments of followers in 3 languages (Azerbaijani, English and Russian) on 4 social media channels of the hotel
• Based on customer requests, regularly creating scripts for the automated answers used with the chatbot.
• Performing other required duties when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
• 1 or more years of social media experience including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.
• Strong storytelling skills, and understanding of content marketing.
• Being well aware of all the latest technical features of social media channels.
• Excellent copywriting skills in Azerbaijani and English. Russian is desirable.
• Ability to deliver creative content.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent photo and video-making skills using the latest version of smartphones or other good camera device.
• Photography Skills.
• Any photo editing software skills are preferable.
• Having Portfolio.
