Khazar University Dunya IB School seeks full-time and part-time Design Teachers who will be part of the dynamic team.

Requirement:

• English Proficiency level – minimum B2
• Teaching experience in international schools is preferable
• Strong knowledge and/or experience and/or enthusiasm to teach in the IB MYP/DP curriculum framework
• Be inter-culturally aware with well-developed interpersonal skills
• Be committed to ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
• Be collaborative and able to work as part of a team

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Organize classroom lectures and coursework
• Assign homework and interesting exercises
• Determine exam and assignment grades
• Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior
• Perform teacher duties according to schedule
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills
• Collaborate with colleagues and coordinators in designing/modifying curriculum, creating unit plans and other curruliculum documents
• Collaborate with colleagues and coordinator in conducting assessments aligned with the IB MYP curriculum expectations
• Actively participate in PDs, weekly/bi-weekly meetings, activities/events organized by the school
