Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the holistic management of list prices in line with company strategy.
  • Preparing of analysis data during the change periods of list prices.
  • Defining customer discounts based on profitability and contracts in the system.
  • Follow up the price changes made by CAT, to make the necessary communication with the stakeholders to create the new list prices in a way that coincides with the company’s sales and profitability targets.
  • Ensures that product price positioning is made in accordance with the strategy.
  • Doing the necessary work with the stakeholders to make the profitability reports smoothly during the closing periods.
  • Responsible for tracking costs.
  • Makes profitability and risk estimates by communicating effectively with product specialists and the field during budget and projection periods.
  • Providing feedback to the MD Product & Sales Management team and the field by preparing studies on profitability.
  • Creating product strategies in line with the company’s operational, strategic and financial growth targets.
  • Working in high coordination with Caterpillar, Field Teams and all central stakeholders in line with these strategies.
  • All kinds of configuration, technical equipment, pricing, positioning activities in the light of market & competition conditions.
  • Internal & external marketing activities and campaign management.
  • Management of budget, annual number, PIN, pricing, discount and additional support processes with suppliers (SEM & Caterpillar).
  • Execution and sharing of supply chain processes including planning, procurement and ordering processes.
  • Coordinate and managing import process of product.
  • Constitute product ordering costs and take measures to reduce them.
  • Develop reports showing transportation costs on precise projects and moves.
  • Conduct physical cataloguing, warehousing, inventorying, material control coordination and data entry assisting different supply activities.
  • Review and analyze program effectiveness, suggest and execute on time improvements and corrective actions.
  • Investigate inventory divergence, resolve issues and update database to replicate property movement.
  • Establish and maintain maximum and minimum consumables inventory levels.
  • Administer and maintain inventory control program systems and electronic property management.
  • Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another
  • Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay
  • Receives products and coordinates delivery
  • Prepares loads for shipment
  • Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels
  • Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
  • Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles
  • Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible
  • Streamlines shipping and transportation processes
  • Close communication with field teams, providing necessary technical & application & commercial support, giving annual product trainings.
  • Follow-up and implementation of the company’s priority initiatives.
  • Close communication with Caterpillar, organization of periodic meetings, presentations and domestic & international trips together.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or relevant field from the accredited university or at least 2 years of work experience in a relevant role
  • Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and influencing skills and ability to operate independently
  • High level of competence in preparation and presentation
  • Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines
  • Positive “can do” attitude with a passion for customer service.
  • Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability.
  • Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani, English. Proficiency in Turkish and Russian is preferred.
  • Computer skills-user level (MS Office usage).
  • Ability to travel on occasion.
  • Local candidates are strongly preferred.
