Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide the client with advice and guidance on how to obtain the required documentation to travel internationally
- Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government
- Helping clients in gathering and submitting the required documents
- Reviewing the submitted documents
- Keeping up-to-date with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration/visa laws
- Maintaining an accurate record and invoices for the services provided
- Submitting documents to the respective authorities on behalf of clients
- Keeping clients up-to-date with their immigration/visa status and communicating any foreseeable delays
- Handling on-ground requests
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Higher education.
- 1-3 years’ experience; highly desirable: experience in travel, hospitality or embassy/consulate relations
- Deep knowledge of migration legislation
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Solutions-focused with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with computer software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle high volume while maintaining high level of productivity
- Ability to problem solve, analyse information and provide solutions
