Department: Admin
Location: Head Office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet guests in person or by phone;
- Properly direct incoming phone calls;
- Respond to external inquiries;
- Correctly direct guests according to the instructions of department heads;
- Keep the workplace safe and clean in accordance with internal procedures and orders;
- Follow proper documentation;
- Check daily letters, solve stocking-up works, admit couriers.
Required Qualifications:
- Higher education;
- At least 6 months of experience in the mentioned or similar position;
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to communicate fluently in Azerbaijani, intermediate English and beginner Russian;
- Ability to solve several priority issues at the same time;
- Ability to take a creative approach to problem solving;
- Free Microsoft Office user;
- Agility and ability to learn quickly.
