Reporting to: Technical Manager
Location: Samukh / Tovuz.

Purpose of the role:

Carry out maintenance of a modern fleet of agricultural machinery including road vehicles within Agrodairy LLC site / field locations. Samukh, Tovuz or Hajiqabul
Working efficiently either in a dedicated workshop or visiting mobile machiney on site. Follow machinery maintainance processes and practices through preventative and scheduled maintenance programs set out by manufacturer whilst adhering to HSE requirements.

Job requirements:

• Exicuting daily / weekly of workload as provided by Workshop foreman, completeion of work set out and additional tasks as required both in a dedicated garage and on the field
• Prepare parts required and execute a machinery maintenance plan for upcoming operations
• Identife parts required using an electronic or paper catologs and provide to workshop foreman / Stock departments to release parts from stock. Locate parts per job / equipment
• Complete job cards in a timly manor ensuring full description of parts, additional work and further work required is documented
• Support in mobile machinery and vehicles parts stocking levels
• Communicate with operators to gain information regarding the equipment issues or service schedule and follow up with the operator with 24 hours
• Track machinery status operational or non-operational and inform relevant departments, view machinery information in a shared folder
• Monitor machinery performance and maintenance through available software and information provided by workshop foreman
• Responsible for the completion of work outlined and is conducted to the highest stabdard
• Seek alternative solutions to ensure mobile machinery operate within the company guidelines
• Support the preparation of post-harvest machinery report identifying problematic areas on mobile machinery. Listing parts and service required in a timely manor
• Recording maintenance conducted in both paper and next service due labels in machinery
• Update and provide a weekly report of non-operational machinery and vehicles under their responsibility
• Identify and inform of own training requirements to achieve best performance
• Maintain a serviceable fleet of service vehicles ensuring cleanliness and appropriate tooling is maintained
• Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance and HSE of all garage areas
• Ensure a safe working environment for staff and bystanders
• Attend trainings provided by the company
• Offer Training and support to operators during field and non field activities.

Requıied knowledge and skills:

• Excellant understanding of mobile machinery idealy Agricultural equipment and general vehicles and its operation..
• Ability to create solutions in difficult situations.

Essential requirements:

Education:

• College or univercity education in Agricutural or construction machinery.
• Basic understanding of electrics, hydraulics and diesel / petrol fuel injection systems.

Work experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years experaince as an mechanic or operator

Language skills:

• Azeri, anther language and advantage

Computer skills:

• None – Basic

Desirable requirements:

• Knowledge of satilite guidance systems
• Computer literate

Additional comments:

• Expected to work in difficult conditions outside normal working hours. Office and outdoor enviroments.
