Job responsibilities:
- Answer calls, respond to emails and “Whatsapp” messages
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone, by email and via “Whatsapp”
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Enter new customer information into the system
- Update existing customer information
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Working conditions:
- 5 working day, 2 days off, flexible shift work
- 8:00-17:00
- 10:00-19:00
- 13:00-22:00
- 15:00-00:00
Note: could be required to work on different shiftRequired qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or economics
- Azerbaijani and Russian languages are mandatory, English is preferred
- Microsoft Office programs, Outlook user
- Oral and written communication skills in the mentioned languages
- Listening skills
- Problem analysis and solving skills
- Customer service/satisfaction oriented
- Organizational skills
