Senior Data Analyst proactively plays an analytical role where he is responsible for identifying trends and evaluating the success of the business’s initiatives (L5) with analyzing variances in actual performance compared to plan. Candidate will work with internal (Customer Loyalty, BI) and external (Statistics) data to provide new insights through the use of advanced statistical analysis, data mining, and data visualization techniques which will consequently impact business decisions.

• Translate data into meaningful insights with developing reports and data visualizations to present insights in the most effective way to enable decision making.
• Analyze data to improve customer retention.
• Conduct and communicate a thorough analysis of large data sets.
• Cleaning and normalizing data within Power BI and Excel.
• Collecting, evaluating, and reporting new data.
• Structure complex data sets to find usable information including weaknesses, trends, or opportunities.
• Effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

Namizədə tələblər:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Math, Business Administration, or any other related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a data analyst position, preferably working as a Data/Business Analyst in a fast-paced and dynamic business setting. To have experience working in report creation, modeling, and trend forecasting.
• Highly proficient with Excel/PowerPoint/SQL, familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or any similar tools.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams
• Ability to draw actionable insights form raw data and information to help further the business’s cause. The candidate should be skilled in statistical and econometric modeling, performing quantitative analysis
• Exceptional attention to detail, have an ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines, have creative and innovative problem-solving skills, be self-motivated and proactive, and demonstrate calmness during time of uncertainty and stress.
