We are expecting Executive Chef to create new menu items, train and direct kitchen personnel, maintain quality control during meals preparation and service, manage inventory and purchasing.
Administrative duties will include recording food cots and meeting budget targets for kitchen.
Executive Chef will be responsible for the following:
- Creating new recipes and design overall menu
- Coordinating and supervising food preparation, from prep to service
- Monitoring the quality of all food
- Tracking, recording and maintaining inventory stock including kitchen supplies
- Overseeing repairs of kitchen appliances
- Hiring, training and developing new kitchen staff
- Following all food safety and sanitation laws and guidelines
Successful candidate should have:
- 5+ years experience in a head chef or managerial kitchen position
- Good knowledge of ERP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Deep knowledge in culinary arts, including food trends
- Proven leadership and creative abilities inside the kitchen
