Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Architecture;
- 5 years of professional experience in architecture, space planning, interior design or related fields;
- Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards;
- Technical proficiency in AutoCAD;
- Strong renderings and 3D visualization skills;
- Visual awareness and excellent attention to details;
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, lighting and furniture;
- Technical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in furniture and fit-out materials specification development;
- Communicational, organizational and time-management skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Projects portfolio or participation in relevant projects evidence
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site visits, evaluate site conditions and constraints for projects;
- Prepare a precise as-is architectural measurements;
- Draw sketches and incorporate into CAD files with responsibility for plan data accuracy;
- Collaborate with Leasing Team to determine project requirements;
- Create interior projects considering safety, functionality, area efficiency and aesthetics;
- Develop detailed project drawings (Floor Plans, Elevations, RCP, etc.) considering areas MEP systems;
- Determine best design options, materials and equipment suited to the project’s scope and budget;
- Support Construction & PM Department with required drawings, specifications and project related information;
- Provide fit-out materials, lighting and furniture specifications to Procurement department;
- Control architectural/ interior part of the projects from start to project completion stage;
- Visiting properties worksites to ensure work is being done according to project requirements;
- Keeping track of project schedules to ensure tasks are completed on time;
- Participate in team meetings to coordinate design options and ideas;
- Maintain interior project related documentations;
- Provide project status updates to management on regular basis;
- Order project related materials using 1C software;
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in order to develop innovative space plans that maximize efficiency and productivity;
- Ensure to follow best practices and company standards;
