Description
What are expected from the candidate:
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques;
- Responsible producing in the preparation of all food in the assigned station in the kitchen in accordance with the established company menus and recipes;
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and all associated equipment with high levels of health and safety standards;
- Deliver an exceptional experience for our guests from the kitchen and in the dining room;
- Ensure complete knowledge of all staff recipes and that they are served to the correct standards;
- Assisting in other areas of the kitchen when required.
Requirements
- What qualifications the candidate need to possess:
- Previous kitchen experience within hospitality;
- Advanced knowledge of food professional principles and practices;
- The ability to meet hygiene standards;
- Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation;
- Passion for delivering great food and service;
- Please note that position is open for candidates possessing Azerbaijani citizenship only.
