Planning Engineer – (AZERBAIJAN NATIONALS ONLY)
HDEC company is urgently looking for an experienced Planning Engineer for “ACWA Power
Azerbaijan 240 MW Wind Power Plant Project” in Khizi-Absheron, Azerbaijan.

Job Requirements:

•  Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering / Business from areputed university, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the plan ning department. (Renewable Wind Sector would be pref.)
• Review and understand all relevant documentation pertaining to the project including the scope of the works, project execution plan, proposal/project schedule (including engineering, procurement, and construction), conditions of contract.
• Preparation of Resource Loaded Plans/Cost Loaded Plans on Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project along with its baseline.
• Preparation of Monthly, Weekly, and Daily Progress Reports.
• Preparation of Recovery Schedule.
• Ability to develop Key Performance Indicators of the Project and monitor the progress of the project through these indicators.
• Can perform earn value management and analyze time overruns and cost overruns.
• Cross-functional coordination with different teams to ensure the smooth running of the project.
• Coordination with different stakeholders (Clients, Consultants, enders) and keep themupdated through Presentations, Reports, and other mediums If  .
• Chair the Progress Meeting and prepare Minutes of Meetings.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• The maximum age limit is 35 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable in specialized/experienced cases.
