Procurement Specialist are indicated below:
- Research on current orders and build supply relationships.
- Make contacts with suppliers and clarify technical specifications.
- Come up with alternative proposals.
- Analyze purchase and offer bids, and negotiate accordingly.
- Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration and other related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- To be flexible and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in Azerbaiajani, English, Russian languages. Fluent Turkish is an asset.
- Minimum one-year experience in procurement. Experience in oil & gas or construction fields is preferable.
- Practical knowledge in Supply chain management
- Practical knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Terms:
- 6-days work week with part day Saturday.
