AR branch of “Karabakh Operating Company” (KOC) is looking for Certification Engineer. The KOC was registered in Azerbaijan on the 13 May 2019. KOC is an operator of the Karabakh project on behalf of SOCAR Karabakh LLC and was created for the purpose of managing the field development activities. The company currently operates the engineering and construction phases of the Karabakh offshore platform and subsea pipelines.

Certification Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Data entry into the Certification & Completion database system
• Collation of all relevant data required to enable the compilation of the Handover Packs in line with the Companies System Handover Management Procedure.
• Achieve timely issuing of handover packs to site as per the defined project schedule
• Reviewing received ITR’s
• Entering Punch List items to GOC data base and updating necessary reports accordingly, printing latest PL reports and including in MC/HC packs
• Liaison with QC inspectors for any queries on certification records
• Reviewing and updating Welding Data Base, Test Packs and Spool Release.

Job Requirements:

• Technical High-bachelor degree
• Min 3 years of relevant experience
• MS office (excel, word, power point, access)
• GOC Database
• Azerbaijan, English – upper intermediate
• GOC database certificates
• Good communication, accuracy
• Work under pressure
