Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science.
- At least 2 years of work experience in relevant field.
- Foreign Language: English, Russian
- Microsoft/Linux/Cisco Certification is an advantage .
- Understanding of networking protocols & procedures.
- Knowledge of firewalls, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, FTP, internet protocols
- Technical expertise in server, network, virtualization, and peripheral device maintenance, installation, and management

Job Description:
- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
- Update customer data and produce activity reports
- Walk customers through problem solving process
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
- Utilise excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
- Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
- Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
- Ensures that all network systems are functioning and communicating properly. Systems include server hardware, server software, firewalls, routers, network switches, VPNs, cabling, wireless, phone systems, security devices, etc.
- Maintain system efficiency.
- Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together.
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users.
- Make recommendations for future upgrades.
- Analyze and isolate issues.
- Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to specific users.
- Identify user needs.
- Ensure network connectivity throughout a company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure is on par with technical considerations.
- Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers.
