- Implement company sales strategy by keeping existing and acquiring new customers
- Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
- Coordinate the work with current accounts, keep smoothly running operations
- Gather information, assess client’s needs, and introduce products
- Keep regular contact with existing customers
- Analyze key performance metrics to gain insights and improve customer performance
- Solve daily commercial and operational issues
- Collaborate with the Product & Operations team
- Work with cross functional departments to drive business growth
