Job Title: Junior Accountant
Reports to: Sn. accountant

Duties & responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting tasks
• Timely process AP invoices
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations
• Maintain vendor records/contracts and ensure workflow compliance
• Process bank statement transactions
• Enter transactions in 1C program
• Prepare and analyze various accounting reports
• Assist with month-end closing process
• Archive documents
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance
• Required work experience: 1-3 years
• Knowledge in IFRS (ACCA F3 preferred)
• Knowledge of “1C” accounting system is mandatory
• Proficient in use of Excel
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages
• Highly organized, responsible and motivated
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
