Accountant (Sales)

Job description:

• Ensuring sales operations;
• Keeping records of all sales transactions, sending electronic invoice (E-qaime) to clients;
• Controlling Account Receivables balances routinely, and preparation of reconciliation acts with customers;
• Leading the integration process of Sales points into ERP system;
• To prepare different sales reports for management;
• Helping to set up effective system for sales and COGS transactions in ERP, automatization of routine tasks;
• Reconciliation system information with bank and post terminal statements;
• Carrying out other accounting-related tasks directly by the line manager;
• Work closely with the sales team and channels.

Requirements:

• Education / specialty: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics;
• Language skills: Azerbaijani (excellent), English (good), Russian (advantage);
• Advantages: Experience in agriculture or industry sector, ACCA F3, CIMA BA certificates;
• 1.5-2 years of work experience in the relevant field;
• Ability to work in Office programs, especially in EXCEL;
• Ability to work independently in 1C ERP accounting software;
• Must have knowledge of accounting and IFRSs;
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information.

Work conditions:

• Documentation in accordance with the Labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
• Working hours: 09:00-18:00, 5 days a week;
