RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Receiving/sending and sorting daily letters/mail.
- Greeting and welcoming guests at the door.
- Maintains the diary, arrange appointments, meetings and travel as directed by Senior staff.
- Scanning/copying documents for staff.
- Archiving folders.
- General day-to-day administrative tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience as Receptionist, Front Office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Receiving/sending and sorting daily letters/mail.
- Customer service attitude.
- University degree.
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
Salary will be determined upon the candidate’s education, experience, and professional qualities.
