Administrative assistant to Director (male candidates only)
Summary
- The Administrative assistant is responsible for providing a comprehensive, confidential and professional support service to the DirectorOperation Manager in all aspects concerned with the efficient and successful operation of the office and division.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Financial Economics, Humanitarian fields;
- Proven experience of administrative work, preferable on PA position for min of 1.5-2 year
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent command of Azerbaijani, English and good level of Russian.
- Accuracy and attention to details.
- A calm and professional manner.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Ability to work under the pressure (especially overtime during summer season – 6 day a week work schedule)
Responsibilities:
- Organizing Director’s diary and making appointments.
- Dealing with letters and emails.
- Arranging meetings.
- Taking notes at meetings.
- Making travel arrangements for Manager
- Looking after visitors.
- Acting as office manager and supervising other administrative staff.
- Producing reports and presentations.
- Taking action points and writing minutes.
- Supporting, planning and organising events.
