PASHA Insurance Agile Transformation Assistant vəzifəsi üzrı vakansiya elan edir.
Key responsibilities:
- Working on the preparation of agile training materials and training modules, reports and reviews;
- Supporting team members in research and business processes optimization initiatives;
- Provide administrative support to team members and leadership to support a range of Agile; Transformation Service initiatives/ programs;
- Responsible for organizing meetings and events for Agile Transformation Service;
- Supporting the coordination and administration of QBR (Quarterly Business Review) Process throughout the organization;
- Providing assistance in Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) setting process in Tribes;
- Regulating day-to-day activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications – bachelor degree;
- Up to 1 year work experience;
Competencies:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills;
- Fluent Azerbaijani, English skills both verbal and written;
- Good analytical skills;
- Highly adaptable;
