Agile Transformation Assistant

Key responsibilities:

• Working on the preparation of agile training materials and training modules, reports and reviews;
• Supporting team members in research and business processes optimization initiatives;
• Provide administrative support to team members and leadership to support a range of Agile; Transformation Service initiatives/ programs;
• Responsible for organizing meetings and events for Agile Transformation Service;
• Supporting the coordination and administration of QBR (Quarterly Business Review) Process throughout the organization;
• Providing assistance in Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) setting process in Tribes;
• Regulating day-to-day activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualifications – bachelor degree;
• Up to 1 year work experience;

Competencies:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Effective interpersonal and relationship building skills;
• Fluent Azerbaijani, English skills both verbal and written;
• Good analytical skills;
• Highly adaptable;
