Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as administrative/personal assistant;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Russian and Turkish;
- Detail-oriented and highly-organized person;
- Ability to work under stress and minimal supervision;
- Must possess the utmost level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information;
- The presence of strong project management and communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, intuitive, and resourceful with excellent problem-solving ability;
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Programs;
- The presence of driver’s license (B category) is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Handle requests and queries appropriately;
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority;
- Organize and attend meetings and ensure the Director is well prepared for meetings; whenever is appropriate; taking action points and writing minutes;
- Manage diary of Director and schedule meetings and appointments;
- Make travel arrangements (both business and private) and prepare complex travel itineraries;
- Draft correspondence and other documents;
- Manage and review filing and office systems;
- Sourcing and ordering stationary and office equipment;
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
