The company in the field of Software Development & Conculting and closed to LANDAU Educational Group is looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
The work involves individualized assistance across a range of tasks associated with a manager’s professional responsibilities and communication.
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients, employees and partners;
- Supervise and report on the performance & tasks of the team;
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence;
- Handle requests and queries appropriately;
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments;
- Conduct meetings and take detailed minutes;
- Take dictation and minutes;
- Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, cars and restaurant reservations;
- Source office supplies;
- Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Tələblər
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency;
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills – Azerbaijani, Russian (English is a plus).
What do we offer:
- Salary range: 600-800 AZN net, depending on the candidate’s experience and skills, with later increase upon negotiation;
- Working hours: from 9:00 a.m till 18:00 p.m (5 times per week);
- Workplace: Marine Plaza business center (may change in the future).
