BCC/Sales and Marketing Manager

Job requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field;
• 3-5 years of management experience in Business Events/Meetings industry;
• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required;
• Strong intrapersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting;
• Exceptional understanding of sales and marketing;
• Proven ability to learn and understand company policies and procedures;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani, English and Russian;
• Ability to work under pressure preferred.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop marketing strategies in accordance with the company’s goals;
• Manage all marketing activities related to the company and marketing department in general;
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing communications and preparing appropriate reports;
• Market research and client attraction;
• Promote the venue as a brand;
• Anticipate new opportunities to maintain relationship with important clients;
• Establish the company strategy to achieve set sales targets;
• Making research on competitors and developing the company’s sales strategies;
• Prepare an annual budget to meet marketing and sales financial goals;
• Organizing and conducting business meetings;
• Contracting new business and maximizing revenue;
• Establishing outstanding businesses relationships within local, domestic and international markets;
• Attending sales road shows and exhibitions to promote the venue;
• Organizing fam trips and site inspections for local and international clients;
• Submitting weekly and monthly reports to management;
• Prompt provision of incoming inquiries from customers;
• Collaborate with other managers and key employees in sales and marketing department to achieve important goals.
