Brand Manager

Requirements:

• Higher education (preference will be given to graduates of foreign universities)
• Experience in the position of Brand Manager for 3-5 years (foreign experience is preferred)
• Good in Azerbaijan, Russian and English
• Advanced PC user
• Analytical skills and attention to detail, the ability to manage and allocate budgets, experience with and an understanding of market research

Job responsibilities:

• Study of the features of the promoted product, analysis of consumer requirements based on the results of marketing research;
• Carrying out market analysis, defining target market segments for product offering;
• Development of long-term and short-term plans for the development and promotion of the entrusted brand;
• Development of a pricing policy for the product, determination of the terms of sales of the brand, (a system of discounts and benefits for certain groups of buyers);
• Forecasting the volume of sales;
• Organization and conduct of product presentations to potential buyers and consumers, thematic seminars (professional advice on consumer properties and qualities of the product);
• Organization and implementation of various marketing activities (advertising campaigns);
• Drawing up a budget for the product, calculating the expected profit and profitability;
• Coordination of product merchandising;
• Monitoring the position of the product in the market (progress of product sales, demand for it), determine and analyze the attitude of consumers to the product;
• Tracking the pricing policy and demand for brands of competitors, determining the position of the product relative to similar or similar products of competitors;
• Preparation of reports to the management on the work done;
