About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual brand strategy (Media, Digital, CRM, VM, Events, etc.)
- Budget planning: purchasing, sales, inventory
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Define and manage brand presence in retail locations
- Set pricing strategy and monitor profit margins
- Maintain regular communication with brand headquarters
- Align marketing plans and commercial terms with the brand
- Participate in new store openings and build assortment matrix
- Organize trade marketing and in-store promotion activities
- Conduct brand, product, and VM training for retail staff
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met according to brand guidelines
- Prepare regular reports (sales, marketing, events, etc.)
Requirements:
- Higher education (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or brand/category management
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Understanding of supply chain, finance, and customer service processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian
