The Company:

Carlsberg Azerbaijan is the largest beer producer in Azerbaijan. Our brand portfolio includes the following popular beers, such as Khirdalan, Tuborg, Baltika 7, Baltika 9, Baltika 0, Kuler, Afsana, Carlsberg, Garage strong lemon drink, Kronenbourg Blanc 1664, Somersby and etc. We are constantly increasing the number of brands every year.

Type of the contract: service agreement

Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring effective implementation of the approved annual brand plan for each brand and achievement of target indicators
• Control and coordination of performance for the implementation of marketing activities in all sales channels
• Development and approval of a working file for label design, approval of drawings and samples of packaging materials
• Researching data on the market position of brands, market categories development and key consumer brand indicators (KPI)

Requirements:

• Education – University degree in Marketing/Economics/Business administration/Management
• At least 2 years of experience in Marketing (FMCG)
• Fluency in Azeri, Russian; English – at least Upper-Intermediate level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power Point)
• Strong project management skills
• Understanding the 4P principles
• Understanding the work principles of media channels, sales channels
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• High communication skillsFast learner
• Team player
