Business Analytics
In this job, we are looking for a creative, dynamic analyst who, as an intermediator between the product management and the technical team. Also, he can review applications and business processes, as well as receive and develop new ideas, in a standard language.
Ferrum Capital was established in 2017 as the first independent factoring company in the Republic of Azerbaijan and a member of the AGA Group family of companies to provide factoring and other financial services to local and foreign companies.

What does Business Analytics do?
- Product analysis and documentation of application processes and suggestions for improvement
- Get new ideas about applications and businesses, convert and translate them into standard documentation understandable to the technical team
- Prioritize tasks and plan for implementation and development
- Coordination between team members and middle and top managers
- Monitor, control and ensure the accurate performance of team tasks
- Prepare reports based on current trends and future plans Documentation
What features are we looking for in a candidate?
- Persons with 1 year of related experience
- Have experience documenting – familiarity with Scrum, Use-Case concepts
- Familiarity with RUP or UML
- Familiarity with common tools in the IT space, including slack
- Having analytical and problem solving skills
- Creativity, speed and high accuracy
- Interest in research and development
