Job Brief:

We are looking for a Business Consultant to help our clients to transform their business by providing intuitive guidance.

A successful business consultant has first and foremost a broad knowledge of the many aspects of the business. The ideal candidate will also possess great problem solving skills to provide solutions and recommendations that will increase company value.

At TWC, the goal is to contribute to the clients’ long lasting success.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and executing assigned business projects on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements
• Meeting with assigned clients when needed and performing an initial assessment of a problematic situation
• Collecting information about the client’s business to define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution
• Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution
• Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSc/BA is expected; MSc/MBA is a plus
• Consulting experience isn’t required but preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Well-developed broad knowledge of different industries
• Sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional client service
• Fluency in English is expected

Personality and Interpersonal Skills:

• Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads
• A good team player, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team
• High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with clients and team
• Confidence and maturity to work with senior executives
