General information

The Kapital Bank invites candidates to apply for the position of Business Developer in Agile team (Digital Platforms tribe).

Responsibilities:

• Exploring new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients;
• Identify market trends and preparation of relevant product ideas;
• Conducting meetings and negotiations on potential partnerships and projects;
• Preparing business plan based on acquired research data;
• Conducting post-analyzes to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and clarify profitability of projects.

Background:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or relevant field is preferred;
• 2+ years of work experience in related field;
• Previous experience in banking is preferred.

Specific job skills:

• High level of Microsoft Office knowledge (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
• Good working SQL knowledge;
• Analytical mindset;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Agile methodology knowledge (is plus).
