General requirements:

• Nationality: Azerbaijani
• Good communication skills having proficiency in English
• Maximum age limit is 35 years. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable in specialized/experienced cases.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate having 8+ years working experience in the Business Development Department of a reputed company in the Construction Engineering, Renewable Industry and Energy Sector, with an hands-on experience in project management would be a plus.
• Ability to develop long-term business relations with the objective to be a marketing leader in the segment, achieve targets, and ensure business continuity of division
• Identify, evaluate and mature business leads with consultants and clients.
• Knowledge of tendering process and bidding documents preparation.
• Good understanding of energy sector, contract management/negotiation, market penetration, and networking.
• Should be familiar with the tariff structure and policies related to energy generation, transmission and distribution.
• High initiative and result oriented, ownership of the assignments, proactive approach, and responsible.
• Perform market intelligence related to upcoming projects, competitors and potential customers.
• Served as the liaison on contractual matters with clients and stakeholders.
• Willing to serve in multiple business dimensions.
